• Notification Delivery: We have resolved a bug that was preventing some of the most recent notifications from being displayed correctly. All new notifications will be delivered instantly and reliably, ensuring you always have the most up-to-date information.

• Campaigns: Added a campaign system which allows event organizers to link multiple events to a single campaign, helping them better organize and track related activities across their schedule.

• Google Calendar: Integrated a Google Calendar button on the schedule section of the events, allowing users to quickly and automatically add any event to their Google Calendar for easy tracking and reminders.

• Role Descriptions: Event organizers can now add a short description to each individual slot. This feature allows them to specify tasks, equipment, or requirements, providing players with all the necessary information to make an informed choice.
• Role Difficulty Indicator: A difficulty system for roles has been introduced. Organizers can assign a level (Easy, Moderate, Challenging, Demanding) to each slot, which will be displayed with a clear, color-coded icon. By hovering over the icon, users will see the full difficulty level.
• Faction Assignment: To improve immersion and tactical clarity, it is now possible to assign a specific faction (BLUFOR, OPFOR, Independent, Civilian) to each squad during event creation.
• Dynamic Faction-Based Theming: The entire slotlist cards now dynamically adopts the color associated with its faction. This allows for immediate visual identification.
• Filter by Slot Status: Users can now filter the slotlist view to show only "Free," "Taken," or, in events that support it, "Reserved" slots, drastically simplifying the search for an available spot.

• Server Details Autocomplete: On the mission edit page, the TeamSpeak and Arma 3 or Arma Reforger server details fields will now be auto-filled if they were already entered during the initial mission creation phase to save time.

• Improved Slot Request Logic: We have improved the management of slot requests for users and Zeus. From now on, Zeus can also see the name of the squad for which a user has requested a role, while users can know if a slot has already been requested by someone else. In this case, the message 'Slot Booked' will appear, but it will still be possible to make the request, which will then be managed by the Zeus. Furthermore, after requesting a slot, the user will be able to easily identify their own slot from the others, to know exactly which one they have reserved.

• Fixed Buggy Server Details Post-Modification: We have fixed an issue that was encountered after modifying an event, where the Arma 3 or Arma Reforger server details were no longer visible.

• Added support for Arma Reforger: We have extended the platform to also include Arma Reforger. It is now possible to create and manage events dedicated to Reforger directly on Slotlist.it. To easily distinguish the events, specific badges have been added both on the homepage and on the pages of each event, clearly differentiating those of Arma 3 from those of Arma Reforger.

• Improved Event Modification Logic: We have rewritten the event modification logic from scratch, increasing its reliability.
• Removed Event Customization Option: For the time being, the Drag & Drop logic ONLY IN THE EVENT MODIFICATION PHASE has been removed as it compromised the final result. This is not a final change; it will be re-enabled in the future. For now, it remains enabled only in the EVENT CREATION phase.

• Drag & Drop of roles: During the creation or modification phase of an event, we have added the ability to manually move the order of the groups displayed in the slotlist, through a Drag & Drop system.

• Improved File Renaming System: After the creation of an event, in the past the modset file was automatically renamed by our systems. We have updated this functionality: from now on, for all future missions, the name of the modset file will remain unchanged and will correspond to the original one.

  No action is required from the Zeus of the indicated event. The change to the modset name was made by a platform Admin, identifiable by the 'Admin' badge on the public profile. The change only concerns the update of the modset name with immediate effect, the 'Download Modset' button on the event page has been automatically modified to adapt to the new modset name. Users who have already downloaded the modset are not required to re-download it.

• New Event Creation and Modification Logic: Whenever an event is created or modified, the system checks if the user is present in one or more slots. If so, it removes the user from the duplicate role to avoid conflicts. It finally performs a consistency check to ensure that each role in the event has a unique ID.
• ID Duplication Bug Correction: Fixed the bug a8d4bfc1-2e1a-4e59-b7db-2e8f6d22b3a1 which was a problem when modifying an event, also duplicating the role IDs and preventing the correct assignment of users to duplicate roles. Now each duplicate role generates a unique ID, ensuring consistent and reliable event management.



During the fix phase it is possible that some users who participated in the event ac8914ca-aa59-416a-95fe-08eada86c41f have received notifications of removed or assigned slots; there is no need to worry, these are messages generated automatically during the correction.

• UI issue resolved: A user interface issue on an event's page has been resolved. The issue was related to the lack of spacing between briefing and schedules only if the server information (ts3, arma3) was not set.

• Updated Terms of Service: Updated Section '5. User Conduct and Content'. Topic 'Custom Nickname'.

• Fixed Direct Modset URL Bug: A bug has been fixed that caused, when opening the modset link directly (e.g. .../modset.html), the display of the .html page instead of the automatic download, which instead happened normally by clicking the 'Download modset' button from the event page. The problem has been solved by downloading the modset if the link is opened instead of clicking the button.

• Added Global Themes: Global themes have been introduced for various holidays and events, which will be applied to all users for the duration of the respective holiday or event. The themes include, but are not limited to: Christmas theme, New Year's theme, Halloween theme, April Fools' theme, and platform anniversary theme.

• Announcement System: Added announcement system in homepage for all users. Now the staff can communicate news, updates and important messages that can be viewed directly on the homepage, with a button to hide the announcement. 3 categories of announcements have been introduced:
  - info (blue) for general communications and informative updates without operational impact
  - warning (yellow) for notifications that require user attention, signaling potential critical issues
  - danger (red) for urgent or critical notices, with possible immediate impact on operations

• Removed Intrusive Changelog Banner: The intrusive banner that showed the latest updates has been removed from the homepage, this change was made to improve the user experience. Registered users will only receive a notification on the site for each new update.
• Added Review Page: We have added the Reviews page to offer users the opportunity to read and share their opinions regarding the platform.
• New Group Founder Badge: From now on, on the group details page, the founder will have a special badge Founder to distinguish them from members with the role of Zeus.

• RSVP Event: The RSVP type event is an open number event in which the classic slotlist is no longer used. In its place, a simple form is presented that allows the user to indicate whether they wish to participate, if they are undecided or if they do not intend to participate.

• Zeus Detection Refactoring: Refactored the Zeus user detection logic, simplifying the system and improving its reliability.

• Quick Connection: During the creation of an event it will now be possible to enter detailed information about the TeamSpeak 3 and Arma 3 servers, including address, port and password. This data will then be viewable on the event page, allowing you to copy them individually or to connect automatically to the server via a practical button: by clicking the button, TeamSpeak 3 or Arma 3 will be started automatically and connected to the server, taking into account the port and password.

• Leave Group Button: Fixed script initialization problem, making the logic of leaving a group work correctly.
• Incorrect Times In Event Modification: Corrected the times displayed in the fields during the modification of an event
• Participants Removed On Modification: Improved the slotlist modification logic, added an intelligent merge system that keeps the users of the unchanged roles if not modified or removed. Consequently, modifying an event will no longer reset the event participants.
• Profiles Not Viewable: Fixed a bug that prevented the display of some user profiles under certain conditions.
• Forced Role Assignment: Introduced a new feature that allows the event creator to manually assign a role to a group member directly from the slotlist.

• Fixed profile synchronization problem: Fixed the bug ec35b2ac-636d-4419-8a51-8c18a3a80bd9 that prevented the synchronization of the profile picture and Discord nickname with our platform. From now on, at each login the system automatically synchronizes this data with Discord, except in the case where the user has set custom values.

• Tickets and Live Chat: A complete and integrated support system is now available! Users can open tickets from the new /support page and chat in real time with the staff via a new floating chat widget.

• Advanced Options: During the creation of an event it is possible to configure some advanced options, such as blocking the slotting of roles at the end of the event or requesting the creator's approval for each slotting request.

• Duplicate Event Function: In the administration panel, it is now possible to duplicate an existing event. This powerful function pre-fills the creation form with all the data of the original event (title, description, slotlist, etc.), saving a huge amount of time for the creation of recurring or similar missions.

• New domain and name: The platform has changed its name and domain, it is now officially Slotlist.it.
• Slotlist Import: During the creation of a slotlist it is possible to import title, description and roles directly from the mission.sqm file, without the data being saved on our servers.

New Main Feature: Advanced Briefing Editor

• Powerful Text Editor: All Zeus now have access to a new advanced text editor (WYSIWYG) to create detailed and professional briefings. You can format text, add titles, lists, colors and much more.
• Centralized Management: A new "Briefing Editor" page has been created where each Zeus can create, modify and delete their saved briefings, ready to be reused.
• Custom Visual Themes: Each briefing can be customized with different visual themes (e.g. Dark, Light, Blue Terminal) to adapt to the atmosphere of the mission.
• Interactive Buttons: The editor allows you to insert button-links that lead to other pages of the site (e.g. a direct link to a group or a profile), making the briefings more interactive.

• Integration with Events: During the creation or modification of an event, it is now possible to associate one of your saved briefings. If associated, a "Read Briefing" button will appear on the event page.
• Immersive Display: By clicking the button, the briefing opens in a full-screen popup (modal) with fluid animations and with the style chosen by the briefing creator.

• Sanitization and Advanced Filters: All content created in the editor is carefully sanitized and filtered to block inappropriate words, external links and malicious code, ensuring the security of the platform.
• Updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

• Improved Storage Management: The group data storage system has been optimized, reducing loading times and making management more efficient than in the past.

• Notification system: Introduced a new notification system on the site, now for important actions carried out on the site by you or other users concerning you, you will receive a notification. The list of the most recent notifications can be viewed by clicking the bell next to the profile picture on the navigation bar when logged in, while to see all the notifications click "See all notifications" in the same menu as before.

• Server Migration: The entire Damocles Slotting infrastructure has been migrated to a new server physically located in Italy, reducing the average latency for users and improving overall performance.
• Storage Capacity Upgrade: Our storage system has been expanded, allowing more space for storing events and user data, more frequent and rapid backups, and preparing us for future features that will require advanced data management.

• Theme Improvement: The 'Aurora Borealis' and 'Rainy Night' themes have been improved.

• Added New Icons: Representative icons for each page have been added to the navigation bar.
• Intelligent Loading System: An intelligent loading system has been introduced on the homepage, not processing the images of events that are outside the user's view in order to increase the loading speed of the page with multiple events on the homepage.
• Uploaded File Size Limit: A generous limit has been introduced for the weight of files uploaded in event creation and modification:
  • Modset Upload: An official Arma 3 modset can weigh up to 20KB with 45 mods, while the set limit is 100KB.
  • Event Cover Upload: The recommended resolution for event images uploaded by Zeus has been defined: 853 × 480 px, an image of this size and decent quality weighs about 1.6MB (1,600 KB). Introduced the limit of 4MB (4,000 KB).
• Automatic File Size Check: An automatic system has been implemented that checks if the uploaded files exceed the allowed weight limits, blocking those that exceed.
• Modset Authenticity Check: A custom system has been added that checks, through various factors, if the modset file was actually generated by the official Arma 3 launcher to guarantee users a safe download.
• Allowed Image Formats: The following formats for images have been added and allowed: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .webp, .bmp, .svg, .tiff, .ico, .heic.
• Event Creation Panel: The event creation page has been reorganized for better usability.

We have introduced these limits to prevent abuse, because without restrictions and without controls you could upload any file size causing loading problems, and you could add modsets of any type, even not generated by the Arma 3 launcher, compromising a safe download for users. Now you need to resize the images and respect the established weight limits. All this to make the platform faster and safer, ensuring a better user experience with faster loading times and more space available for further events.

• Added Profile Themes: Available now 18 new themes, of animated or special category (with unique layout) to increase the customization possibilities of your profile on our platform

• Forced Removal from Slotlist: Event organizers (Zeus and Group Owner) now have the power to forcefully remove a user from a slot directly from the event page created by them. This feature is essential for managing last-minute absences and ensuring that missions start at full capacity.
• Group Member Management (Creator Function): Group creators now have full control over their community:
  • Admission System: Requests to join a group must now be approved by the creator, who will see pending requests on the group details page.
  • Member Expulsion: The ability for the creator to expel a member from their group has been added.
• Group Statistics: Each group now has a dedicated statistics page, accessible exclusively to Zeus and the group creator. This section, reachable from the group page via the new 'Dashboard' button, offers a complete overview of the organized events, members and other useful information for group management.
• Profile Customization: A new dedicated page has been added for customizing one's profile, allowing each user to adapt it to their preferences:
  • Visible Nickname Modification: Ability to change the name shown publicly on the profile and in the various sections of the platform, to change it click the 'Customize' button on your profile page (or direct link /profile/edit).
  • Profile Theme Change: Option to select and apply a custom graphic theme to your profile from the 'Customize' button on your profile page (or direct link /profile/edit).

• Updated Header: If the user is logged in, their profile picture is now shown in the header, improving personalization and visual recognition of the account.

• Fixed UI bugs: User interface bugs have been fixed.

• Search bar and filter on /changelog: You can now search directly in the update history by name or filter by tag (e.g. Feature, Fix, Security, etc).
• Search bar and tag filter on /reports: The report pages now include the same search and tag filter features (e.g. To Be Solved, In Progress, False-Positive, etc).

• Added graph to /changelogs page: A GitHub-style table has been inserted that shows for each day the presence and quantity of published updates.
  • More updates on the same day correspond to a lighter color, facilitating the reading and rapid analysis of the frequency of updates.
• Improved sticky header: Now the sticky header leaves a small space from the top edge of the window, creating a more pleasant visual effect.
• Changed the colors of the changelog tags: The colors of the labels on the changelog page have been changed to improve readability and visual distinction between the different types of updates.

• New moderation feature: The Admin can now suspend the service to users. This blocks access to users who violate the Terms of Service, ensuring more effective and targeted control over violations.
• Labels for Changelogs: The changelog page now shows colored labels (e.g. Feature, Fix, Security) to understand at a glance the nature of each update.
• Updated the Terms of Service: Inserted point '6. Suspension and Interruption of Service' to clarify the conditions and methods of user suspension.

• Fixed a Critical Bug in Slot Management (Duplicate Roles): A serious problem has been fixed that prevented the correct functioning of slotting when there were multiple roles with the exact same name in the same team (e.g. "Rifleman", "Rifleman").
  • Previously, if the first of two identical roles was occupied, the system erroneously considered the second as "unavailable" as well, blocking slotting.
  • Now, each individual slot is treated as a unique entity, regardless of its name. This ensures that free slots are always accessible, even if they share the name with others already occupied.
• Improved the Robustness of Event Creation: The logic for creating and modifying events has been completely rewritten to be more stable. This prevents problems such as the disappearance of groups or roles during publication and ensures that the slotlist structure is always saved correctly.

• Zeus management correction: Fixed a critical problem for which, after the creation of a group or promotion of a Zeus by the group, the other zeus of the entire site were erroneously removed.
  • The bug caused the unintentional cancellation of the zeus permissions of users not involved with the group in question, compromising the correct management of roles. Now the system guarantees the isolation and correct management of privileges, keeping the permissions of the other zeus of the site intact.

• XSS vulnerability correction: Fixed a critical Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that could be exploited during the creation of events by users with high privileges. The insertion of malicious strings in the role names could lead to arbitrary code execution. To mitigate the risk, the use of UUIDs as secure identifiers instead of custom names has been introduced.
  • In addition, a new advanced system for sanitizing HTML content has been integrated, ensuring more robust protection against potentially harmful inputs, in view of the platform's multi-group support.

• Group System: The biggest update ever! Damocles Slotting is now a multi-group platform.
  • Users can create their own group with a unique name and prefix (requires SuperAdmin approval).
  • Each group has a dedicated page with a description, member list, and list of organized events.
  • You can join or leave approved groups freely.
  • The creator of a group can promote members to "Zeus", granting them permissions to create events for that group.
• Statistics Dashboard for Zeus: A new page /zeus/dashboard has been introduced, accessible to all zeus. The dashboard includes:
  • Interactive charts on the most played roles, attendance by day of the week, and the number of events created per zeus.
  • Key statistics such as the total number of events, users with profiles, and unique participants.

• Enhanced Homepage: You can now filter events by organizing group. In addition, each event clearly shows the name and prefix of the group that created it.
• More Detailed Event Page:
  • The name of the organizing group is now visible at the top of the page.
  • In the slotlist, next to the name of each participant, the prefix of their group now appears, strengthening team identity.

• Improved Link Previews (Dynamic Meta Tags): We have implemented Open Graph meta tags throughout the site! Now, when you share a link on platforms like Discord, Telegram, or other social media, a rich and detailed preview will be generated.
  • By sharing a link to a specific event, the preview will show the mission's title, image, description, and times.
  • By sharing a link to a user profile, the preview will show the user's name, avatar, and basic statistics.
  • For all other pages, a generic but professional preview of the site will be shown.
• Dynamic Page Titles: The title you see in your browser's tab now updates dynamically to reflect the page you are visiting (e.g., "Operation Svea Guard - Damocles Slotting"), improving navigation and user experience.

• Security Update: Implemented a reverse proxy for managing incoming requests. The domain now uses the HTTPS protocol and no longer requires the port to be specified at the end of the domain (...damocles.it:1111/ >> ...damocles.it/). All paths after the domain remain unchanged. This update improves security, compatibility with external systems, and simplifies link sharing. From now on, the link is https://slotting.compagniadamocles.it/.

• New integrated support system: Introduced a support widget accessible via the message icon at the bottom right. Users can now start a real-time conversation with Damocles AI to receive automatic support on features, technical problems, or general questions. • Timezone Bug Fix: Identified and resolved an issue due to the server's handling of time in UTC format, which caused a 2-hour delay in the automatic updating of event status (upcoming, in progress, concluded). The system now correctly applies the GMT+2 offset, ensuring real-time synchronization with local time.

• Clickable Usernames: Wherever a user's name appears (slotlist, event creator, report), it is now a direct link to their profile.
• Enhanced Homepage: The main page now includes a preview of the latest changelog, so you'll never miss the news.
• Mobile Menu Layout: Fixed numerous bugs in the hamburger menu on mobile. Now the links are correctly arranged vertically and the submenu works as expected.
• Event History in Profile: The display of the event history in the profile has been completely redesigned in table format to be more compact and readable.
