Player Guide

How to log in

Click the "Login with Discord" button at the top right. Authorize the application and you'll be automatically logged in with your Discord account.

How to join an event

From the homepage, click "Details" on a mission. In the slotlist, find a free role and click the green "Take" button.

How to download the modset

On the event detail page, you'll find a blue "Download Modset" button. Clicking it downloads an HTML file to import into your Arma 3 Launcher.

How to read the briefing

If an event has an advanced briefing, you'll see a "Read Briefing" button on the detail page. Click it to open the document in an immersive popup.

How to view your profile

After logging in, go to "More" > "My Profile". Here you'll find your statistics, badges, received encomiums, and history of all events you participated in.

How to customize your profile

On your profile page, click "Customize". You can change your displayed nickname and choose from dozens of visual themes (even animated ones!) for your page.

What are encomiums and how to give them

Encomiums are recognitions you can give to teammates after a mission. At the end of an event you participated in, a panel will appear to assign an encomium (e.g., Leadership, Fair Play) to another player.

How to download your data

Go to "More" > "Settings". There you'll find the option to download a JSON file with all data associated with your profile, in compliance with GDPR.

How to report a bug

Found a problem? Go to "More" > "Reports". You can view existing reports and create a new one, describing the issue in detail.

How to log out

Click on your name at the top right and then on the "Logout" button. Your session will be terminated immediately.

How to delete your profile

On the "Settings" page, you'll find the option to delete your account. It's an irreversible action that will erase all your traces from the platform.

How to use the Calendar

Go to the Calendar page for an overview of all scheduled events. You can switch between monthly and weekly views and click on an event to go directly to its page.

How to see all registered users?

On the Members List page, you can see all operators registered on the platform, search by name, and click on their profiles to see their statistics and group affiliation.

How do notifications work?

The bell icon in the header alerts you of activities that concern you (e.g., you've been accepted into a group, received an encomium). Click it to see recent notifications and go to "View all" for your complete archive.

Group Leader Guide

How to create a group

Go to the Groups page and click "Create Your Group". Fill in the details (name, prefix, logo, etc.) and submit the request for approval.

How to edit a group

As the creator, on your group's page, you'll see an "Edit Group" button that will take you to a form to update all details.

How to join a group

On a group's page, click "Send Admission Request". The group creator must approve your request.

How to accept/reject requests

As the creator, on your group's page, an "Admission Requests" panel will appear with pending requests. You can approve (✓) or reject (✗).

How to kick a member

As the creator, in the member list on your group's page, next to each name (except yours) there will be a "Kick" button.

How to promote/demote a Zeus

As the creator, in the "Zeus Role Management" panel, you can select a member and promote them, giving them Zeus permissions to create events. You can also demote them.

How do I analyze my group's performance?

If you're a Zeus, on your group's page you'll find a "Dashboard" button. It will take you to a private statistics page with graphs on most played roles, busiest days, and events created by your Zeus, to help you make better decisions.

How to create an event

Go to the Zeus Panel, click "Create New Event", select the group you're creating it for, and fill in all fields, including the manual slotlist.

How to edit/delete an event

In the Zeus Panel, you'll see the list of your events. Next to each one, there are "Edit" and "Delete" buttons.

How to import missions with .sqm

On the event creation page, click "Import from mission.sqm", choose the file (non-binarized), and the system will compile the slotlist, title, and description for you.

How to create advanced briefings

Go to "More" > "My Briefings" to access the advanced text editor. There you can create and save your custom briefings.

How to associate briefings with missions

When you create or edit an event, a dropdown menu will allow you to select and associate one of your saved briefings.

How to view statistics

From the menu, go to "Zeus Panel" > "Dashboard" for global statistics. If you're in a group, on its page you'll find a link to the dashboard with your group's specific statistics.

How to remove a user from a slot

If you're a Zeus for the event, in the slotlist you'll see a small red button (✗) next to each user's name. Click it to forcibly remove a player from that slot (useful for managing absences).

How do I export my events?

In the Zeus Panel, there's an "Export Event Structure" section. You can select one of your events to download a complete JSON file. It's perfect for archiving your missions or sharing them with other organizers.
